It is an apartments project by Brown Cap Developers comprising of 1 and 2 bedroom units priced at KES 4 Million and KES 6.5 Million respectively.

127 Rosebank is Located in Kitisuru along Kirawa road.

The Apartments are on the Kirawa Road Tarmac, opposite the Residency Apartment Block

The project has 63 units in total. 49 one bedroom units (40 Sqm), 14 two-bedroom units (65 Sqm).

The construction is projected to take 18 months

The project is a ground plus six storey building with the ground floor having some parking, and court-yard.

KES 150,000 for a one bedroom unit and KES 200,000 for a two bedroom.

A maximum of 24 months, groundbreaking in April 2025 and handover in December 2026.

The initial sales are on an off-plan model.

The legal fees are not included in the prices. The legal fees per unit are KES 45,000 payable to the project lawyers for drafting the agreements, certifying the executed agreements and taking the agreements for stamp duty assessment. Additionally stamp duty is payable directly to KRA, equivalent to 4% of the unit value. All fees should be paid by the investor before project completion.

Yes. Investor can use their private lawyers for the legal aspects of the project at their (additional) own costs.
